Steps to Admission & Acceptance

At Venture Academy, we are empowering Christ-centered leaders, designers, and innovators for a world we can’t yet imagine. Venture’s emphasis is to provide an exceptional academic experience, while at the same time admitting students with diverse abilities. Therefore, each student will be considered on an individual basis. Students with a history of behavioral difficulties will not be served well at Venture; for that reason, Venture reserves the right to decline admission to students whose intellectual, emotional, behavioral, or attitudinal characteristics either prevent them from fully joining in with our faith-based community or from achieving personal success academically.

1. Application for Enrollment

Visit the Admissions page to complete the online application form. You will receive an email with instructions to create a Venture account. Then upload the required application documents:

Current Report Card
Current Standardized Test Scores
Birth Certificate

Admissions will request school records for your student(s). Please note that all documents (except medical forms) must be received before applications are processed.

2. Assessment

Once applications are processed and there is classroom space, the Admissions Department may request an academic placement test. If a test is requested, you will receive a notification to schedule the academic placement test. The results of the academic placement test will be discussed during the “Get To Know You” meeting.

3. “Get to Know You” Meeting

Your next step is to schedule a time to meet with the Principal and/or Head of School. At Venture Academy, we strongly believe in community. This meeting gives all parties a chance to ask questions, discuss concerns, review academic progress, and ultimately decide if Venture Academy is a good fit for your student(s) and vice versa.

4. Contract & Enrollment

The Admissions Office will contact you when your contract is ready for review, and you can pay the $500 tuition deposit. (This deposit will be applied to your student’s tuition.) Your student’s enrollment is not complete until the contract is signed and the $500 tuition deposit is paid.
