Innovation in Action: Inside Innovation Fest 2026

Last night Venture Academy hosted Innovation Fest, we welcomed over 300 students, families and community members for a hands-on exploration of Innovation and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) through interactive demonstrations from outside presenters including: Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) Chapter 509, CVTC, Market & Johnson, Hoeft Builders, Nellie Farms, Kristo Orthodontics, Eau Claire Periodontics, Jamf, and Realityworks.

Across campus, students and community members engaged with robotics coding challenges, automation technology, aeronautics activities, digital design tools, and an immersive planetarium experience. Local industry and education presenters worked alongside students to demonstrate how innovation happens through collaboration, creativity, and problem-solving.

Innovation Fest highlights Venture Academy’s commitment to experiential learning that connects classroom discovery with real-world application. The evening showcased how students investigate, design, test, and refine ideas while developing skills in critical thinking, communication, and collaboration.

We are grateful to the many presenters, families, and volunteers who helped make this event possible and who continue to support innovative learning opportunities for students in the Chippewa Valley.
