Vicki James

Director of Development

Vicki James brings a wealth of diverse experiences to her role as Director of Development. With a background as a former Early Childhood Teacher in the Chippewa Valley, Vicki has taught grades Pre-K through 3rd Grade, instilling a love for learning in young minds. As a business owner, Vicki has delighted families in the Chippewa Valley with her sweet treats, spreading joy through her delicious creations.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Vicki is deeply involved in her community through extensive volunteer work. She has led Girl Scout Troops and Boy Scout Packs, coached youth soccer, served in Children & Youth Group Ministries, and held leadership roles such as PTO President in a public school.

Married to her wonderful husband, Vicki is the proud parent of four children, two of whom are married. She also finds great joy in her role as a grandmother to two precious granddaughters. Additionally, this year, their family is hosting a foreign exchange student from Spain. Vicki’s superpower, as attested by her family, is her unlimited amount of patience. Vicki’s unwavering patience, energy, and dedication make her a valuable member of our Venture team.
