Marie Robinson

4th Grade Teacher

Marie Robinson brings 9 years of teaching experience in upper elementary and middle school to her role as a 4th grade teacher. Her career has included teaching both in public schools and at a private Christian international school in Hanoi, Vietnam. A graduate of UW-Eau Claire in Elementary Education and Math, Marie is delighted to be back in Eau Claire after six years abroad.

Her husband works at Jacob’s Well church, and they have two friendly, energetic young boys. As a family, they enjoy nightly walks, playing outside, camping, and regular road trips to Minnesota, Nebraska, Tennessee, and Oregon. Marie loves cooking, watching sports, making paper crafts, playing piano, and hosting dinner guests.

Coming from a family of plant enthusiasts, Marie enjoys tending her houseplants and always finds space for one more plant. She has enjoyed all of her roles of coaching volleyball from beginner to Varsity, and loves how sports can develop leadership and confidence in young people. Her superpower is jump roping, a skill she practices while her kids play outside. Marie’s determination, thoughtfulness, and energy make her a welcome member of our Venture community.
