Joelle Sedivy brings twelve years of experience as a school administrator, coupled with a background in accounting, to her role as an Executive Assistant. Passionate about both professional and personal pursuits, Joelle finds joy in DIY projects, particularly renovating homes, cabins, and campers. When she’s not hard at work, you can find Joelle enjoying quality time with her family on the lake—fishing, boating, swimming, or tending to her vegetable garden.

As a dedicated mother of three children, Joelle balances her professional life with her commitment to her family. With one child still in high school, one in college, and one already graduated, Joelle is grateful for every moment spent with them. In addition to her family and career, Joelle is actively involved in the community through her volunteer work with organizations such as 4H, The Hub, Hope Gospel, and tutoring.

Born and raised in Eau Claire, Joelle’s roots run deep in the community. Her superpower lies in her sewing skills, although she jokes that sometimes her DIY projects end up costing more than if she had simply purchased the item! Joelle’s warm dedication and enthusiasm make her an invaluable asset at Venture Academy.
