Ashley Lien

6th Grade Teacher

With a blend of five years in public school teaching and nine years of homeschooling experience, Ashley Lien is a dynamic 6th Grade Teacher. Beyond the classroom, Ashley currently manages social media for the Family Resource Center in Eau Claire and has done the same for four public schools in the past. Her minor in math complements her passion for the subject.

As a devoted mother of four daughters, two dogs, and a cat, Ashley’s home is a bustling hub of activity. Her family loves reading, playing board games, and visiting new places together. She expresses her entrepreneurial spirit through her vintage thrifting business, where she not only sells unique items online but also hosts pop-up shops in her garage and travels with a trailer to reach more customers. Having many talents, Ashley also finds time to coach volleyball, organize themed parties with elaborate balloon arches, and lead a beloved book club that she founded for 2nd-5th graders, hosting 25 enthusiastic kids monthly. Born and raised in Eau Claire, Ashley now resides in Altoona. Her superpower? Turning trash into treasure.

Ashley’s creativity, enthusiasm, and dedication extend into all aspects of her life, making her a cherished member of both the Venture Academy team and the local community.
